The main story line is pretty short prob like 8 hours on easy and it took me 12 hours first time round (Normal) but your right about hard being like expert but Normal is more like easy and i havnt tried easy but im guessing its “easy”.

the game is somewhat long, it is somewhat hard, easy is more like medium, and hard is more like expert,
the achievments are very easy, i never id sidemissions, so idk bout them

It IS possible. I’ve beaten the game and I’ve played 14 hours, counting the time I spent messing around killing the infected.
